Job DescriptionPosition Summary:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel. You will be responsible for greeting guests, checking them in and out, handling reservations, and providing excellent customer service. In additon, check rooms before guests arrival and make sure room is clean and all is functional.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle reservations and inquiries
- Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and amenities
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with other front desk duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, but not require
