Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team for home renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various repair, maintenance, and renovation tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
We primarily service Scottsdale, Phoenix, Gilbert, Chandler, and Mesa.
Pay is based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform general home renovation tasks, including carpentry, drywall installation, painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Repair and replace flooring, doors, windows, cabinets, and other home fixtures.
- Assemble furniture, install appliances, and complete minor home improvements.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in residential properties, providing cost-effective solutions.
- Work with other contractors, designers, and project managers to complete renovations on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, following all safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand project needs and provide updates on progress.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 2+ years of proven experience as a handyman, home renovation specialist, or similar role.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must have your own set of hand tools.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general home repairs.
- Ability to use power tools, hand tools, and other construction equipment safely.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- (Optional) Certifications in plumbing, electrical, or construction-related fields are a plus.
