We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative and Trainer. This is an independent contractor role where you'll play a key part in attracting new business clients and mentoring our growing sales team.
About the Role
This is an in-the-field, business-to-business sales position. You'll work directly with business decision-makers to develop customized supplemental insurance solutions that meet their unique needs. The ideal candidate is a self-reliant, goal-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others succeed.
As a Sales Representative and Trainer, you'll balance achieving personal sales goals with coaching and developing others to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development

Drive new business growth by promoting supplemental insurance solutions directly in the field, going business to business.

Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Consistently meet sales goals by identifying opportunities, addressing client needs, and maintaining ethical sales practices.
Training and Mentorship

Provide hands-on training and coaching to new sales representatives to help them succeed.

Lead by example to inspire, motivate, and cultivate a high-performance culture.

Conduct workshops and individual training sessions to foster professional growth and team success.

Experience:

Proven success in B2B sales, ideally with experience mentoring or training others.
