CA&M, Inc., a small business dedicated to providing exceptional talent to support our Federal clients, is currently accepting resumes for Foreign Language Role Players to support a number of training events. The cultural backgrounds necessary for the current courses include are Latin American, South Asian, East Asian, and/or Middle Eastern.
Requirements:
- Ability to listen, understand and speak the required foreign language sufficiently to effect the training scenario.
- They shall be able to speak the foreign language with sufficient structural accuracy and vocabulary to participate effectively in most formal and informal conversations on practical, social, and
professional topics. Shall be able to read a standard newspaper item addressed to the
general reader, routine correspondence, reports, and technical materials in the individuals
represented culture. - Realistically, accurately and convincingly portray a variety of scenarios, in diversified settings and environments, such as practical, situational and field training exercises and tests.
- Internalize key facts about the role and scenario, and then improvise during the training event.
- Be prepared for each role so as to portray assigned role(s) with no reliance to the role script (off book).
- Convey information and data in response to students correct and proper interview skills, questioning and/or elicitation techniques, while simultaneously completing Government provided Student Evaluation Sheets, in accordance with Government provided references, procedures and forms.
- Realistically, accurately and convincingly portray foreign language role players.
- Each event is 2-days work per event, event days are 8-hours long.
- Training will be conducted at Harpers Ferry, WV, 25425.
