Education and Experience Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a School Director in a licensed childcare center.
- Must meet all State requirements for licensure as a School Director; preference will be given to candidates holding a non-renewable certificate.
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Childrens Lighthouse policies, procedures, and systems to maintain a safe and healthy environment in accordance with both organizational and State standards.
- Proactively plan and participate in marketing initiatives and special events to promote the school.
- Strategically drive enrollment efforts to maximize building occupancy.
- Lead and implement change initiatives to maintain regulatory compliance and promote continuous improvement.
- Oversee all staffing functions, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, supervision, and performance evaluations.
- Manage the schools budget in accordance with Franchisee guidelines and financial targets.
- Represent Childrens Lighthouse to parents, staff, visitors, and the broader community with professionalism, integrity, and strong interpersonal communication.
- Attend and facilitate meetings and training sessions as required.
- Consistently complete all assigned duties and responsibilities with accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism.
- Manage the schools day-to-day operations in alignment with Childrens Lighthouse quality standards.
- Demonstrate effective time management and productivity.
- Adapt well to change and display flexibility in various situations.
- Accept guidance, instruction, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Maintain availability to work flexible hours as needed.

Reporting Structure
The School Director reports directly to the Franchisee.
