Medical Enrollment Specialist – Excel Proficiency Required

In this fully remote position paying $20/hour, you’ll ensure timely and compliant processing of member data while providing excellent service. - Attention to detail to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring data integrity
Requirements:
- Must be currently living in Massachusetts
- Experience in data entry, document processing, or records management
- Exceptional communication skills for outbound calls and information gathering
- Analytical abilities for reviewing records, identifying discrepancies, and problem-solving
- Ability to work well within a team and support cross-functional tasks
- Proficiency in Excel - Essential for data management, tracking, and reporting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or administrative support
- Background in quality assurance, compliance, or auditing
- Familiarity with health insurance processes or enrollment workflows
- Additional proficiency in data management tools is a plus
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience demonstrating relevant transferable skills
- Past roles that showcase your administrative, communication, or problem-solving talents, regardless of industry background
