Olive Harvest Associate – Seasonal

Job Overview
We are hiring Olive Harvest Associates to support our seasonal harvest operations in Tracy, CA. This hands-on role includes loading and unloading olive bins, sorting for quality, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. We are hiring both forklift drivers and field workers for this position. The harvest season begins in September.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks with bins of olives
- Supply graders with incoming olives
- Transport materials between storage and work areas
- High-stack pallets and bins (forklift operation)
- Sort olives to remove defective or foreign materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety rules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Immediately report any food safety or quality issues to supervisors
- Meet productivity and efficiency standards
- Work overtime as needed during the harvest season
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, reach, and lift throughout the shift
- Frequently lift up to 65 lbs; occasionally up to 75 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in agriculture, food processing, or warehouse preferred
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
