General Manager – Waterfront Boutique Hotel | Old Naples, Florida

About the Role
As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind daily hotel operations, guest satisfaction, and team success. You’ll lead with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail—ensuring every guest experience feels seamless, welcoming, and memorable.
You’ll work closely with ownership and the Board, partner with an Assistant General Manager, and play a key role in the hotel’s continued growth, reputation, and revenue performance.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all day-to-day hotel operations across front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
- Recruit, schedule, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team, fostering a positive and professional culture
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences from reservation to checkout, resolving concerns with confidence and genuine hospitality
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and overall property presentation
- Build strong relationships with homeowners participating in the rental program, ensuring consistency and quality
- Monitor occupancy, revenue, and performance trends; provide regular financial and operational reporting
- Drive revenue through strategic rate setting, market analysis, and demand forecasting
- Collaborate with ownership and the Board on operational improvements and long-term planning
- Partner closely with the Assistant GM on condo and owner-related needs
- Represent the property within the local community and tourism network to enhance visibility and reputation
- Oversee social media and online presence to support marketing and brand awareness
- Lead the team confidently through change and operational enhancements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven hospitality management experience (hotel, resort, boutique property, or similar)
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and motivating teams
- Experience with revenue management, market analysis, and performance tracking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a calm, solutions-focused approach
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
- Comfortable in a hands-on, guest-facing leadership role
- Familiarity with hotel reservation or property management systems (or the ability to learn quickly)
- Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required
