<li>Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel and work in various marine environments.</li>
<li>Proficient level of computer skills.</li>
</ul>
