Electrical Foreman - $36-$50/hr - DOE
We are currently hiring a foreman with 10+ years of experience in a commercial setting. California state Journeymen's license is required. Candidates are encouraged to apply ASAP as we have an immediate need in the San Diego area.

Job Duties:
- Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial construction projects, ensuring work meets NEC, local codes, and safety standards.
- Coordinate daily jobsite activities, assign tasks, and manage workforce productivity to maintain project schedules.
- Interpret blueprints, electrical plans, and specifications; provide guidance to ensure accurate installation.
- Oversee installation, testing, and troubleshooting of commercial electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, and controls.
- Collaborate with general contractors, project managers, inspectors, and other trades to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
- Conduct safety meetings, enforce OSHA and company safety policies, and identify potential hazards on site.
Foreman Requirements:
· Current State Journeyman’s License
· Recent experience performing electrical installations in a commercial setting
· Your own tools and PPE (safety gear)
· Must be familiar with updated NEC codes
· Experience reading and interpreting blueprints
Compensation:
· Competitive starting pay $36 -$50/hr or depending on experience
