Job DescriptionExpress Employment of Covina, CA is seeking a Clean Room Assembler for our client located in Irwindale. Clean room Assembler: $17.00hr
Shift Hours: Mon-Fri 7AM- 3:30PM The Role you will play
- Assembling components and product in a clean room environment.
- Conducts, visual inspections and measurements to determine product conformance. focusing on scratches or damages to inbound product.
- Detect problems and notify appropriate personnel of item non-conformance. Perform product containment on suspect ware. Properly tags all non-conforming and suspect material and/or parts. Assist with the investigation of line failures. Audit product after sort/rework and report results.
- Maintains documentation (drawings, procedures, forms, reports, etc.) utilized for inspection and assures that they are current, accurate and complete. Complete and maintain all QA documentation in accordance with established procedures and work practices. Closes out OTC Orders.
- Analyze QA data and provide summarization reports.
- Deliver samples and support line trials and product validations as needed
Background Profile:
- High school diploma and minimum of one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work well with others
- Must be able to read and write proficiently.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
