Precision HR is currently hiring Paraprofessionals to support students with severe and complex special needs in person in Red Wing, MN.

Pay: $25/hour — paid weekly

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:45am - 3:00pm

Qualifications:
You’ll need one of the following:

  • At least 60 college credits or an Associate’s degree
  • A passing score (460+) on the ParaPro Assessment


Your role will include:

  • Supporting students with academic and behavioral growth, including IEP goals
  • Collaborating with classroom teachers to enhance learning experiences
  • Creating a safe, inclusive space where every student feels valued
