What You’ll Do

• Lead with Purpose: Partner with the Director of Talent Management and HR Strategic Business Partners to bring learning strategies to life across the organization.
• Design & Deliver Impact: Create innovative programs that enhance leadership, team member development, and organizational capability.
• Inspire Teams: Coach and guide a dynamic Learning & Development team, fostering collaboration and excellence.
• Drive Innovation: Advance learning technologies and platforms to keep us at the forefront of education delivery.
• Measure Success: Use data and analytics to demonstrate the impact of learning initiatives on performance and retention.

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s in Education, Organizational Development, HR, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 3–5 years in Learning & Development with proven success managing teams and implementing enterprise solutions.
• Skills:
• Leadership and coaching expertise
• Strategic thinking and project management
• Knowledge of adult learning principles
• Tech-savvy with learning platforms
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
