About the Role:
Join our vibrant team at Kids 'R' Kids Keller as an Assistant Teacher/Support Staff/Floater! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about nurturing and educating young minds in a fun and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist classroom teachers in daily classroom activities and lessons.
  • Provide a safe and engaging learning environment for children.
  • Support children in their social, emotional, and developmental needs.
  • Supervise children during playtime, meals, and nap times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about children's day.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
  • Adapt to various classroom needs as a floater across different age groups.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED mandatory
  • Previous experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Passion for early childhood education and child development.
  • Flexibility, positive attitude and a nurturing demeanor.
