Lead Toddler Teacher Early Childhood Education
Location: Farmington, MI | Full-Time | $18/hour

The Opportunity
Were hiring a Lead Toddler Teacher to bring structure, creativity, and warmth to our toddler program. This role is perfect for an experienced childcare professional who loves guiding toddlers through discovery and early learning milestones.

What Youll Do

• Design engaging curriculum with hands-on activities, sensory play, and exploration.
• Supervise assistant teachers and support staff in daily classroom activities.
• Communicate openly with families about learning goals and daily progress.
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and safety requirements.
• Encourage curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth in children.

What You Bring

• Previous classroom leadership experience in toddler or preschool settings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• CDA, Associates, or Bachelors in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
