Job Brief: Totalis Consulting Group, Inc. is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Junior IT professional to help us operationalize a specialized compliance platform. You will be using a modern relational database to build workflows, automate tasks, and organize regulatory data.

This is a perfect role for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and wants to learn how to build professional business applications without traditional programming. We will provide professional training with a platform expert to get you up to speed.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and customize data structures within a relational database.
• Build automated "nudges" and email notifications based on project deadlines.
• Create user-friendly dashboards and reports for executive leadership.
• Document system processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Work closely with our Subject Matter Experts to ensure data accuracy.

Requirements:

• Degree/Education: Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Tech-Savvy: You aren't afraid of new software. You have a "logical" brain and understand how data should flow.

• Database Familiarity: You understand basic database concepts (e.g., if youve used Excel "VLOOKUPs" or built a simple base in Airtable/Monday.com, you are a great fit).
• Problem Solver: You enjoy "figuring things out" and searching for solutions when you get stuck.
• Reliability: You are highly organized and can manage deadlines independently.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with automation tools like Zapier or Make.com is a plus, but not required.
