Restaurant Manager | Fast Casual Dining
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 + Up to 10% Quarterly Bonus
We’re seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager with hospitality and scratch kitchen experience to join a growing fast-casual concept. Must be able to work late nights!

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the management team in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest service
- Assist with team training, development, and recognition
- Promote a positive and professional team environment
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a full-service or fast-casual restaurant setting
- Valid Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications (as required by state/local laws)
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Results-driven, team-oriented, and guest-focused
- Must be able to work late nights!
