Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and dining options.
- Make reservations for restaurants, transportation, and entertainment as requested by guests.
- Provide information on local events, activities, and points of interest.
- Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel amenities and services.
- Assist with luggage handling and other guest services as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
