If so, Age Management & Aesthetics by HealthCARE Express is searching for reliable and energetic personalities to add to our D.O.F.I. team. "What is D.O.F.I?" you ask. Director of First Impressions. Being on the front lines as the face of the company, the front desk position is a vital part of our company.
Responsibilities
You will greet patients and verify their information in the computer system. Providing assistance and information to patients upon request is essential. It's important to answer telephone calls promptly and courteously while monitoring and ensuring that clinic forms are replenished in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining proper credit and payment on patient accounts, which includes performing cashiering duties, posting charges, and printing receipts. Scanning patient information and reports into the computer system is another key task, along with verifying insurance. Flexibility for cross-training is expected, and occasionally you may take on tasks outside your normal scope of practice. You should observe and identify ways to advance our organization in a manner that reflects our values. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to help drive our vision and fulfill our mission while upholding our organizational values.
Full-Time Position
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: Starting at $15.00 per hour and up, depending on experience (D.O.E.)

HealthCARE Express operates 16 urgent care facilities, a specialty clinic, and a medical billing company, with locations across Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.
