Job DescriptionProject Manager
We're seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our Commercial Roofing Division. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of commercial roofing projects-from pre-construction planning to final delivery. You'll be the central hub connecting clients, field teams, and internal departments, ensuring every project runs smoothly, profitably, and safely.
What You'll Do
- Own your projects from kickoff to closeout
- Collaborate with Superintendents to develop execution plans and schedules
- Manage contracts and ensure alignment with estimates
- Prepare project documentation and submittals
- Perform material takeoffs and coordinate procurement
- Lead client communications, RFIs, and jobsite meetings
- Track change orders and negotiate with clients
- Monitor budgets, costs, and forecasts to hit profit targets
- Champion quality, safety, and client satisfaction
What You Bring
- Degree in Construction Management or 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Project, and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and think strategically
- Negotiation savvy and a customer-first mindset
- Self-motivated, organized, and solution-oriented
