The team runs high-impact, distributed initiatives that require rigorous delivery governance, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
Primary title: Remote Project Manager
Role Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for remote, cross-functional initiatives: define scope, schedule, budget, milestones, and success criteria.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, resource schedules, and status reporting to drive predictable delivery and on-time, on-budget outcomes.
- Manage project risks, issues, and change requests; implement mitigation plans and escalate when required to protect timelines and quality.
- Coordinate and facilitate Agile and/or Waterfall ceremonies as appropriate; translate product requirements into actionable work streams.
- Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders and third-party vendors; ensure clear communication, alignment, and timely decision-making.
- Establish project controls and performance metrics; track financials, deliverable acceptance, and continuous improvement actions.
Skills QualificationsMust-Have
- 5+ years proven project management experience delivering enterprise programs in consulting, technology, or professional services.
- Demonstrated delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies; ability to tailor approach to program needs.
- Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence; experience with Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling tools.
- Strong budget management and risk-management track record, including forecasting and variance control.
- Experience leading distributed/remote teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across time zones.
- Excellent stakeholder management, reporting, and executive communication for steering committees and sponsors.
Preferred
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Lean Six Sigma or process-improvement experience.
- Familiarity with Asana and experience delivering SaaS or cloud-implementation projects.
