Position Summary
The Training Content Developer will create and manage technical training content for new-hire, ongoing, and ad-hoc training requests for employees providing service in the care organization. Responsibilities include:
- Develop and manage content for technical training for in-store staff and call center agents
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of repair standards and processes
- Apply adult learning theory, instructional design, and multiple learning formats
- Design and assemble training materials for SEA products and technologies
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Share improvements and experiences in troubleshooting and repair techniques
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
Core Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor training programs
- Manage creation and implementation of diverse training methods (hands-on, blended, digital, technical)
- Identify improvement opportunities and report findings to senior leadership
- Innovate engaging training activities
- Build strong relationships with business partners and internal teams
- Manage web-based training content within CMS/LMS
- Analyze training completion data and identify content improvement opportunities
Background/Experience
- Curriculum design aligned with industry standards
- Lesson planning and differentiated teaching techniques
- Use of formative assessments and data analysis to address learning gaps
- Collaboration on lesson plans and assessments
