Russo Landscapes is growing and were looking for a creative, motivated, and client-focused Landscape Design & Sales Associate to join our team! This role blends design, sales, and client interaction to bring stunning outdoor spaces to life.

What You'll Do

• Meet with clients on-site to understand project goals
• Create and present landscape designs (softscape & hardscape)
• Generate estimates and close sales
• Manage your own sales pipeline from consultation to contract
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure project success

What Were Looking For

• Knowledge of horticulture, softscape, and hardscape design
• Understanding of grading and drainage principles
• Sales experience and excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Valid drivers license (required)
• English (required), Spanish (preferred)

Compensation

• Total potential: $70,000$112,000+
  • Base Salary: $40,000
  • Commission: $30,000$72,000+ (performance-based)
