Job Title: Learning Center Coordinator

Description: Receptionist/Front Desk

Supervisor: Facility Manager

FLSA Status: Full Time Non-Exempt

Summary: The Learning Center Coordinator will provide support and booking of the conference rooms.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Duties and skills required for this position include, but are not limited to:

· Self-starter.

· Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize.

· Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks seamlessly.

· Expert level written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent telephone etiquette and a high level of recall skills.

· Proactive approaches to problem-solving and strong decision-making capability.

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and to be adaptable to various competing demands.

· Demonstrates ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.

· Able to adapt to last minute changes, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects simultaneously and being able to follow through on issues in a timely manner.

Position requires, but is not limited to:

- Filing paperwork

-Scheduling conference rooms

-Answering phones

-Generating detailed work orders in E-Maint

-Ordering and maintaining office supplies

-Generating notes as tasks

-Following up on outstanding tasks

-Light house keeping

· Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Publisher) as well as Adobe Acrobat (scanning & merging files) is preferred.

· Follow established company policies and those outlined in the Employee Handbook.

· Willing to help in other departments as needed.

Education and/or Experience: At least 2 years related experience and/or training in the Administrative Assistant field.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
