Job Title: Senior Full-Stack Developer (.NET / Blazor)
Location: Seffner, FL (Hybrid – primarily onsite)
Work Type: Contract-to-Hire
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join an internal IT team supporting warehouse and operational systems. This role focuses on designing and building high-impact internal applications used in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is equally strong in front-end UI development and back-end system design, with the ability to translate complex business needs into reliable, intuitive software solutions.
This is a collaborative role working closely with product managers, engineers, and technical stakeholders in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications supporting operational and warehouse workflows
- Build responsive and user-friendly UIs using Blazor for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Develop and maintain backend services and REST APIs using .NET (C#)
- Design and optimize SQL Server databases and data access layers
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Ensure applications are reliable, scalable, and optimized for real-world operational use
- Participate in agile development processes, including planning, code reviews, and design sessions
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, including occasional production support
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development
- Strong experience with:
- Frontend: Blazor, HTML5, CSS3, Razor Components
- Backend: .NET (C#), ASP.NET Core, REST APIs
- Databases: SQL Server, Entity Framework or similar ORM
- Experience developing internal tools or enterprise applications
- Ability to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
