Director of Housekeeping – Resort & Spa | Phoenix, AZ
One Source Housekeeping Solutions is hiring a strong, hands-on Director of Housekeeping for a large 750-room suite-style resort and spa property in Phoenix, AZ. This is a key leadership role with a clear path to grow into a multi property Director position, making it ideal for a driven and experienced hospitality professional looking to take the next step in their career.
About the Role:
As the Director of Housekeeping, you will support the Director of Operations in overseeing daily operations, leading a large team of room attendants, housepersons, and supervisors. You’ll ensure service excellence, brand standards, and productivity targets are met while maintaining a high level of employee morale and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing all housekeeping operations for the 750-suite resort, including rooms, public areas, and back-of-house

Lead, train, and motivate staff with a strong focus on employee relations and team culture

Monitor quality and productivity, ensuring suites are cleaned and inspected to the highest standards

Support inventory, scheduling, and payroll processes

Foster communication between departments and proactively resolve guest and team issues
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in hotel housekeeping, ideally in a resort-style setting

Spanish fluency required

Strong background in employee relations, training, and staff engagement

Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality and operational excellence

High attention to detail, organization, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
