We are seeking experienced welders to join our team in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. As a welder, you will play a crucial role in our production process, contributing to the assembly of high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Weld chassis, wall sections, and roof sections together by following detailed blueprints.
- Perform MIG welding using .045 flux wire and .035 MIG.
- Conduct stick welding and ensure precision in all welding tasks.
- Accurately read and interpret blueprints to ensure high-quality welds.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, assisting coworkers as needed.
- Proactively find tasks during slower periods to maintain productivity.
Essential Skills
- 2-3 years of prior welding experience.
- Proficiency in MIG welding.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints (MUST HAVE).
- Experience with AWS D1.1 standards.
- Familiarity with tape measures and metal fabrication.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability and willingness to learn new techniques.
- Experience in stainless steel fabrication.
- Bilingual candidates are a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leola, Pa.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.50/hr.
