Summary

Little Cub Academy is a family-owned child care center, now opened in the Mukwonago area.We are hiring teachers to join our team to help us create a warm and loving environment for the children we care for.Little Cub Academy strives to be a second home for our families. Duties

• Caring for and planning activities and games for school age children
• Getting kids on and off the bus
• Building relationship with parents and working together to best provide for our children
• Creating a safe and clean environment in the classroom
• Offering snack to children and cleaning up when finished

Requirements

• Loving and caring
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn
• Infant/child CPR (or willing to complete)
• Must clear full background check
• Must pass health screening
• Childcare coursework- Abusive Head Trauma Prevention training and Mandated Reporter (free online classes)
• Professional experience in an early childhood program

Nice To Haves

• Childcare classes - Introduction to Child Care Profession and Skills and Strategies in the classroom.
• 240 hours of experience in a licensed child care facility/school setting
