We're partnering with a client in search of a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner —someone who thrives in navigating complex hiring challenges and brings a mentorship mindset to their work. This role demands more than just filling roles; it calls for a consultative expert who collaborates deeply with senior leadership to shape talent strategies, interpret market dynamics, and deliver high-impact hiring outcomes.


This position sits at the intersection of strategic planning and execution, requiring both visionary thinking and hands-on recruitment expertise. From influencing executive hiring decisions to championing inclusive talent initiatives, this role is central to evolving how the organization attracts and retains top-tier talent.


Here's what you'll be doing....


Own end-to-end hiring efforts for executive, high-priority, and niche roles.


Act as a strategic partner to leadership—offering market intelligence, forecasting workforce needs, and guiding talent planning efforts.


Develop sophisticated sourcing plans to reach specialized candidate segments.


Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and business units to drive long-term talent initiatives.


Use data and labor market analytics to inform recruitment decisions and influence outcomes.


Elevate candidate and hiring manager experiences by streamlining communication and process effectiveness.


Contribute to broader initiatives—whether improving employer branding, adopting new recruitment tech, or reimagining existing workflows.



What We’re Looking For...



At least 6 years of progressive recruiting experience, with a strong background in senior or specialized talent searches.


A proven ability to advise stakeholders and influence hiring strategy across multiple levels of leadership.


Mastery of modern sourcing tactics and the ability to navigate and interpret complex talent market trends.


Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with a consultative approach to problem-solving.


Experience in coaching, mentoring, or leading teams is highly desirable.
