Traveling Lead Craftsman (Multi-Trade) Track to Assistant Foreman

This is ahands-on-firstrole with a clear growth path intoAssistant Foremanas our process and team scale.

What youll do

• Self-perform commercial work across multiple scopes (see below) with a finish-first mindset.
• Work side-by-side with the Foreman to execute scopes cleanly and efficiently in occupied environments.
• Read plans/elevations, verify field conditions, and help mark layout/control lines.
• Stage materials at point-of-use; keep the work area safe, clean, and client-friendly.
• Build first-articles before full runs; protect finishes; close punch the first time.
• Track pace/quality with the Foreman and help refine our workflow as we build repeatable standards.

Drywall Commercial Paint Tile Electrical (lighting/trim) Flooring (VCT/LVP/Epoxy/Glue-Down) Millwork/Doors Demo/General Framing (wood/metal)

What you must bring

• Strong multi-trade capability with real commercial experience (occupied spaces a plus).
• 36 photosof your own recent commercial work +two site references.
• Travel readiness (14 weeks at a time) and clean, professional conduct on the road.
• Coachable mindset: able to take direction, move fast, and help build the playbook.

Schedule & job reality (read this twice)

• Ourupcoming project is daytime with heavy weekend work.
• Theproject to follow will be night-shiftdue to occupied environment constraints.
• Hours vary by client needs; overtime may be required (paid at time-and-a-half over 40 hrs).
• Employment includes a90-day probationary periodunder the hire contract.

Pay & travel

• $24$30/hrbased on verified skill (W-2)
• OT at1.5over 40 hours/week (non-exempt)
• Company-paid lodging +$50/day per diemwhen traveling
• Weekly pay
