Must have MBA, or 3 yrs of exp w/ the followg: M&A executn exp at a globl invest bank; Financl modelg exp in prof'l settings (3-statemnt modl, DCF, LBO, merger modl, WACC etc.); &Buy-side& sell-side executn exp, supportg public & private M&A transactns thruout workstrms incl valuatn, mkg, due diligence & documentatn. Must have3 yrs of exp w/ the following: Cross-border Corp Fin exp at a globl invest bank, incl originatn & executn across N. America, Europe, & Asia; Prof'l exp wrking for var industries incl Industrials, Healthcare, Consumer & Retail & Energy; Traing & recruig Analysts & Assocs.
