What You'll Do
As Superintendent, you'll be the driving force behind successful project execution:
- Lead field operations from groundbreaking to completion
- Develop, maintain, and oversee project schedules
- Manage subcontractors and on-site personnel
- Monitor construction progress and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site logistics
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to deliver on scope, budget, and timeline
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent (mid- to senior-level)
- Proven expertise in multifamily construction
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication (verbal & written)
- Ability to foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Self-motivated leader with a proactive mindset
