Overview
The Guest Information Specialist is a primary connection between the guest & The Lake Gregory
Community Recreation Company and collaborates with the Guest Relations Manager and the General
Manager in championing the overall guest experience and daily operations of the front office.
Essential Functions
1. Foster strong and healthy relationships with local leaders and guests, representing Lake Gregory as the
primary liaison between guests and staff
2. Collaborates with Guest Relations Manager in gathering and sharing event information with guests
3. Assist the Guest Relations Manager in the daily operations of Lake Gregory Front Office
4. Communicates Lake policies & facilitates membership registration with guests
5. Anticipate and respond to guest or staff needs and requests
Additional Functions
1. Maintain cleanliness and organization of decor, furnishings, supplies, and equipment
2. Keep an accurate and thorough log of information about guest experiences: highlights, shortcomings, and
other pertinent details for each day and/or event; weekly report sent to General Manager
3. Assist Special Event Coordinator during events
4. Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications
1. Minimum of High School Diploma, higher education preferred
2. Clean and professional appearance
3. Current certification in CPR and First Aid
4. Valid California drivers license
5. Agreement and compliance with employee handbook
Physical Demands
1. Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds & walk and carry over uneven terrain
2. Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time (sometimes in inclement weather)
