This team is seeking an Assistant Director of Financial Controllership to oversee the integrity of their U.S. legal entity financials and drive collaboration across finance teams to deliver accurate, timely reporting.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the full financial close process for multiple legal entities, ensuring precision in statements, disclosures, and compliance.
• Partner with actuarial, underwriting, and reinsurance teams to validate critical accounting estimates and judgments.
• Leverage advanced reporting tools to deliver actionable insights and respond to senior leadership with speed and clarity.
• Lead initiatives tied to major transactions, capital activities, and process improvements that enhance efficiency and consistency across the organization.
• Champion strong internal controls, data governance, and analytical reviews while mentoring team members and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
