What You’ll Do:
As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient front office experience. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking in patients with a warm, professional attitude
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Scheduling appointments and managing the daily calendar
- Collecting patient information and updating records
- Verifying insurance and assisting with paperwork
- Supporting the front office and clinical teams with various administrative tasks
No prior dental experience is required—just a willingness to learn, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude!

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $20.00 – $24.00 (based on experience)
