+ About the job:

The Instructional Designer develops engaging, effective learning materials and programs that enhance

performance across Risk Operations. This role partners with stakeholders to identify training needs, design

scalable solutions, and ensure all content supports business goals and brand standards.

+ We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience designing and developing instructional materials for digital and instructor-led

training

• Understands adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)

• Translates complex information into engaging, easy-to-understand learning experiences

• Manages multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision

• Collaborates effectively with subject matter experts (SMEs) and cross-functional teams

• Uses data and learner feedback to measure and improve training effectiveness

• (Preferred) Has experience supporting operations or risk-related training programs

• (Preferred) Is skilled in authoring tools, multimedia design, and content management systems

+ What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain learning materials that align with company brand and training objectives

• Partner with stakeholders to define learning goals, success metrics, and content requirements

• Manage multiple instructional design projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards

• Create content for both digital and in-person delivery, ensuring scalability and flexibility

• Track and analyze key learning metrics to measure program effectiveness

• Continuously refine learning materials based on data, feedback, and business needs

• Collaborate with teams to share best practices, templates, and design standards

• Support trainer-led sessions or facilitate workshops as needed
