Oracle ERP Systems / Oracle Fusion Manager with Regulated Industry Experience: ISO, Pharma, FDA Manufacturing, Utilities or similar.

Seeking an Oracle ERP Systems Manager to lead and support Oracle Fusion applications in a regulated environment. This role oversees ERP operations, integrations, reporting, and a small IT team while driving full lifecycle implementations and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Techno-Functional Hands on Manager of Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, EPM, SCM, and PPM systems.
Lead full lifecycle ERP implementations and enhancements.
Supervise and mentor IT staff.
Build and maintain OIC integrations.
Develop and optimize Oracle BI reports.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
Resolve enterprise‐level ERP and integration issues.
Create user documentation and training materials.

Required Qualifications

5+ years implementing full lifecycle ERP solutions.
2+ years supervising IT staff.
Hands‐on experience with Oracle Fusion modules and OIC.
Strong Oracle BI Reporting skills.
Experience in regulated environments (ISO, FDA, CFR‐21, Energy, Pharma, etc.).
Strong collaboration, communication, and problem‐solving abilities.
Experience producing technical documentation and training content.
