Pay: Commission-based | $23–$40/hr

About the Role:
Mr. Appliance of Scottsdale is hiring an experienced Appliance Repair Technician to join our growing team. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in solving problems, delivering high-touch customer service, and working efficiently — not just burning through job counts.

This role is perfect for someone with HVAC, commercial appliance, or general mechanical experience who wants steady work, flexible work schedule, and room to grow.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of residential appliances
• Communicate clearly with customers — explain the problem and proposed solution
• Order parts, manage job follow-up, and update records using company tools (tablet provided)
• Work independently in the field, using your own tools (heavier equipment provided)
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and job documentation
• Report to the office as needed to pick up parts and coordinate jobs

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in appliance repair OR crossover trades (HVAC, commercial appliances)
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• High attention to detail — no shortcuts or guesswork
• Reliable, clean driving record (required)
• Must pass a background check
• Strong work ethic — especially when working independently
• Willing to learn and adapt: new tools, new products, new expectations
