Field Marketing Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for enhancing brand visibility and awareness across all regions where the company operates. This role involves planning and executing a variety of marketing initiatives, including regional events, charity partnerships, networking opportunities, and innovative campaigns designed to increase recognition and foster community engagement. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills, capable of coordinating cross-functional efforts to create impactful experiences that resonate with local audiences and elevate the company's brand presence in diverse markets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement regional marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Plan, coordinate, and execute local events, charity initiatives, and community outreach programs
- Build and maintain relationships with local partners, networks, and community organizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all regions
- Identify and create innovative marketing campaigns and activities tailored to each region’s unique audience
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of reginal marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as needed
- Manage budgets and resources for regional marketing initiatives to ensure cost-effective execution
- Represent the company at regional events and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence
- Track industry trends and local market insights to inform regional marketing tactics
- Provide regular reports and insights on regional brand impact and engagement metrics to senior management
- Coordinate with sales and product teams to align regional marketing activities with overall business goals
- Manage the development of promotional materials and branded collateral tailored to regional audiences
- Drive community involvement initiatives that support corporate social responsibility goals
- Ensure compliance with company branding standards and regional regulations in all marketing activities
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, finance, or a related field
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in a marketing managerial role
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices
- Experience with marketing tools and software
- Experience working in a high-tech environment

- Strong team player with a positive attitude; able to collaborate with others in a cross-functional team
- Passion for learning and curiosity for discovering how complex concepts and objects work
- Exceptional written and spoken communication that is clear and concise
- Ability to balance many different ‘voices’ in writing and content generation
- Strong command over the use of social media including Facebook, X, and LindkedIn
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential
- Sedentary, sitting, walking, occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequent near vision use for reading and computer use
- Sits for extended periods
- Must have sufficient visual acuity to be able to work, for prolonged periods, on a computer monitor
