PJ Dick, Inc., the premier regional general contractor and commercial construction manager, is looking for an MEP Coordinator to join its vertical construction team in the State College, Pennsylvania area to help manage a growing list of projects.

What the Role Involves:
In this critical role, you will provide administrative and technical responsibilities for the MEP portion of selected projects. Prepare MEP Budgets, Scopes and Estimates for both preconstruction efforts and hard bids. Assist the Preconstruction Manager and Project Manager in pre-award interviews as requested. Assist Preconstruction team in preparing MEP budgets for negotiated work and work with MEP subcontractors to solicit and scope MEP bids for price competitive pursuits. Advise on plumbing, piping, HVAC, fire protection, temperature control and electrical and low voltage integrated systems. Write MEP bid packages. Conduct pre-award meetings or assist Project Managers in pre-award meetings. Provide budget review and value analysis. Provide constructability reviews and recommendations. Analyze scheduling and provide review and updates.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
Educational and experience requirements include: four-year degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or experience; two (2) to five (%) years estimating, controls, and/or engineering experience related to MEP construction.
