Advance Mechanical, Inc. of Greeneville, NC is seeking a full-time Lead HVAC Installer - Installation Technician to support our growing commercial installation division by scheduling and dispatching crews as well as ordering equipment and materials. This position maintains project labor hours within acceptable limits and requests change orders as needed to maintain the profitability of jobs. QUALIFICATIONS

Leadership experience as a Foreman, Supervisor, or Superintendent working on light commercial/residential HVAC projects
In-depth knowledge of light commercial/residential HVAC systems
Able to interpret drawings and plans
Safety-minded with an understanding of OSHA safety regulations
