Talent Corps is hiring experienced Concrete Finishers for a long-term concrete project in Lytle, TX (San Antonio area).
This is an excellent opportunity to join a consistent, full-time project with steady overtime while working on large-scale concrete structures.
Pay & Schedule:

$24–26/hr (based on experience)
-
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
-
Regular overtime available (5x10s + occasional Saturdays)
-
Long-term project running through 2027
Job Duties:
-
Finish concrete surfaces including slabs, walls, columns, and paving
-
Smooth, level, and texture concrete using hand tools and power finishing equipment
-
Apply curing compounds and surface treatments
-
Cut expansion/control joints and patch imperfections
-
Work with the crew to meet project specifications and deadlines
-
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements:
-
Minimum 2 years of concrete finishing experience preferred

Must be able to work with hand tools, power trowels, and finishing machines

Ability to read measurements and follow project specifications
-
Must complete safety/orientation training (provided)

Must be able to pass a drug screen and badging process
-
OSHA certification a plus, but not required
