About the Role:
HTF Staffing is seeking a dedicated Itinerant Special Education Teacher to provide specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities across multiple school sites. The teacher will travel between assigned campuses to deliver services, collaborate with teams, and ensure students receive the accommodations and support outlined in their IEPs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and special education services to students across multiple school locations.
• Implement and support IEP goals, accommodations, and behavior plans.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, service providers, and administrators.
• Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and required documentation.
• Support case management tasks such as IEP meetings, parent communication, and compliance.
• Adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs in various educational settings.

Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching License
• Experience working in multiple school settings or providing itinerant services preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel between school sites.
