We need YOU! All we ask is that you not be afraid of heights and that you are willing to learn. We will provide on-the-job training and an opportunity to grow and develop a career in commercial roofing.

· We will start you at $18 per hour plus a bonus even if you have no experience if you have a valid driver’s license, are over 21 and can be insured by our carrier to drive a company vehicle.

• If you have experience, LET’S TALK!! Your pay rate of $20 to $26 plus bonus will be based on your experience.
• All employees are given a road map to increase their pay as they increase their knowledge and skills.

In this role, you will learn to:

Perform various types of commercial roof and repair projects as well as cross-train in gutter installations and residential repairs.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
