Job Title: Project Manager or Senior Project Manager (Hiring for both positions)
Job Location: Eagle, ID / Boise, ID
Salary: $130k-$170k + Benefits + Vehicle + 401k Match + Health benefits
Requirements: 5+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager + experience on projects related to Multifamily, Assisted living, commercial, or related
This is a full time/permanent position with a top General Contractor primarily focused on ground-up projects related to Multifamily and Commercial. Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for Project Managers and Senior Project Manager. They have a strong backlog of work and a lot of growth moving forward.

What You Will Be Doing
- Lead Project Management efforts including planning and coordinating all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, and resources.
- Communicate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress and quality standards.
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements.
- Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget
- Review project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans
What You Need for this Position
- 5+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager
- Experience on Ground-Up Projects for Multifamily, Assisted living, or Commercial
- Bachelors degree is a plus but not required
