Job DescriptionWe're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Inventory Manager who can help us manage our stock and inventory operations seamlessly. This role requires proficiency in both English and Spanish, as well as strong computer skills, including Excel and Word.
Key Responsibilities:•Manage and track inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.•Use Excel spreadsheets to maintain inventory records and generate reports.•Prepare and edit documents in Word for inventory-related communications.•Receive and log incoming parts and materials, ensuring each item is properly documented upon arrival.•Keep detailed records of parts usage whenever items are requested internally, maintaining up-to-date inventory logs.•Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:•Fluency in English and Spanish.•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.•Strong general computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software if needed.
