We are seeking a Mobile Service Technician & Coordinator who can balance customer coordination with hands-on repair work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, organization, and craftsmanship. You’ll manage customer interactions, scheduling, and updates, while also performing surface repairs using Fibrenew’s proven tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate service visits.

• Maintain and update service records, job notes, and scheduling system.

• Travel to customer locations for on-site service.

• Perform repairs to leather, plastic, and vinyl using Fibrenew’s tools and training.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers before, during, and after service.

• Ensure tools, materials, and work vehicle are organized and well-maintained.

Requirements

• Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Strong communication and customer service skills (phone, email, in-person).

• Good manual skills (painting, fixing, repairing, or similar).

• Comfortable with scheduling software and basic technology.

• Excellent organization and time-management abilities.

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Willing to travel for paid training (out of state).

• No prior restoration experience required – full training provided.
