Title: Regional Director of Service Operations

Location: Based in AR, MS, or TX; covers operations from Memphis, TN to El Paso, TX
Compensation: $140,000–$150,000 (based on location, experience, and qualifications)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, in-person

Overview:

Seeking a strategic leader to oversee service and repair operations across 6–8 regional offices, managing a $15M–$20M portfolio. This role includes full P&L responsibility, team leadership, operational optimization, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop multi-site service teams
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with local/state codes
• Drive operational efficiency and financial performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support business growth
• Serve as senior contact for client service and escalations

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in service operations or commercial construction leadership
• Proven success managing multi-site teams and budgets
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and OSHA compliance (OSHA 30 required)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
• Comfortable working at heights

Preferred:

• Regional/multi-state operations experience
• ERP/construction software proficiency
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Strategic, data-driven leadership skills
