As Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining cementing trucks and related equipment to support oilfield well cementing services. A valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements is required.
This is a hands-on, field-based position requiring travel to remote oilfield locations and the ability to work in demanding environments under various weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and drive cementing trucks and associated equipment to and from job sites.

Safely load, transport, and unload bulk cement and other materials.

Assist with rig-up and rig-down of cementing units, lines, and equipment at the well site.

Monitor and maintain pump rates, pressures, and volumes during cementing operations.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment.

Ensure all equipment is maintained and functioning properly, reporting any defects.

Maintain accurate logs, delivery tickets, and job paperwork.

Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulations and procedures.

Work closely with field supervisors, engineers, and crew members to execute cementing jobs effectively.

Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance as needed.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, tools, and job site.
Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL license with tanker and hazmat endorsements preferred.

Minimum 1-2 years of commercial driving experience, preferably in the oilfield or heavy equipment industry.

Experience in cementing operations or pressure pumping is highly desirable.

Must pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen, physical, and background check.

Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.

Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs, climbing ladders, and working in physically demanding environments.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Willingness to travel and stay on location as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior oilfield service experience, especially in cementing or pressure pumping.

Knowledge of cementing equipment and fluid systems.
-
H2S, PEC Safeland, or other oilfield safety certifications (preferred but not required).
