Job Description

About Allevio: At Allevio Care, our mission is to build a best-in-class platform to Empower Healing, Anywhere. We do this by supporting podiatry clinics with best-in-class business operations - allowing providers to focus solely on delivering care. Through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions, we aim to create explosive value for all stakeholders: Doctors, Team Members, Investors, and Partners.

Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Manager of Data Engineering & Reporting to lead the team responsible for executing and scaling Allevio’s reporting, analytics, and data infrastructure. Reporting directly to the Director of Data Engineering & Reporting, this individual will play a key operational role—managing our team of analysts, supporting day-to-day data operations, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting across departments.

This role blends strong technical ability with people management and cross-functional communication. You’ll help build the bridge between raw data and decision-making - turning data into clarity for leaders across integration, operations, finance, and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management

  • Manage and mentor a team of data analysts (local and international), fostering strong execution and professional development
  • Establish and maintain processes for request intake, prioritization, execution, and follow-up
  • Collaborate closely with the Director to align resources with strategic initiatives and timelines

Reporting & Analytics

  • Own the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of dashboards and reports across departments
  • Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights tailored to clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders
  • Ensure that reporting is accessible, digestible, and aligned with business needs

Data Infrastructure Support

  • Work closely with the Director on maintenance and evolution of Allevio’s Azure-based data lake and architecture
  • Ensure quality, completeness, and accessibility of data across sources (including EHR systems)
  • Support and maintain data pipelines and assist with ETL/ELT processes as needed

EHR & Practice Integration Support

  • Assist in the execution of EHR transitions, including data mapping and validation during migrations to AdvancedMD
  • Support affiliate practice onboarding by ensuring reporting needs are understood and implemented

Communication & Project Execution

  • Partner with integration, finance, operations, and executive teams to gather requirements and communicate deliverables
  • Help make data usable and valuable - setting context, building trust in outputs, and ensuring business alignment

Qualifications:

  • 4-8 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring junior team members or analysts
  • Proficiency in SQL and reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Familiarity with Azure Data Lake and cloud-based data infrastructure
  • Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as AdvancedMD, eClinicalWorks, or similar is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to turn raw data into understandable outputs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions
  • Proven initiative and a proactive mindset, you're someone who takes ownership, problem solves, works with a sense of urgency and drives projects forward
  • Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments; comfortable navigating ambiguity and change
  • Alignment with our core values which are; Care, Accountability, Respect, Integrity, Nurturing & Grit.
  • A positive attitude and team-first mentality that contributes to a supportive and inclusive workplace culture

Why Allevio? This is a high-impact opportunity to step into a leadership role on a fast-growing data team within a mission-driven healthcare company. You will directly influence how data empowers care delivery and business execution across a growing national platform.

Benefits & Perks

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off (PTO) and company holidays
